Since its inception, Konfidant has dedicated itself to offering services to clients who are serious about sales growth through a planned strategic marketing plan.

Our emphasis is on taking only a few clients at a time and concentrating exclusively on their concerns, problems and goals. We serve as in-house, ad-hoc administrators who immerse ourselves in our work.

Founded in 1996, Konfidant has worked primarily with health care entities in reaching innovative, effective and customized solutions as well as managing the logistical and emotional components of change. Konfidant's raison d'etre is to empower clients so that providers/owners, managers and employees can respond to internal and external variables while at the same time providing guidance for sustained growth and profitability.

Konfidant has diversified its client base to include non-healthcare industries as well. Work assignments have been based for extended engagements in mainland Europe. As a result, a cross-pollination and success transfer of ideas, best practices and protocols benefit all involved.
