Founded in 1996, Konfidant has worked primarily with private healthcare providers in reaching innovative, effective and customized solutions as well as managing the logistical and emotional components of change. Additionally, one of Konfidant's raison d'etre was to empower clients so that providers/owners, managers and employees could eventually respond to internal and external variables themselves while at the same time systematically guide them to sustained growth and profitability.

Since its inception, Konfidant is dedicated to offering its services to clients who are serious about growth and quality improvement. Our emphasis is on taking only a few clients at a time and concentrating exclusively on their concerns, problems and goals.
